Terms of use
Last updated 25 October 2026
- What you save is yours. You give us only the rights we need to store it and show it back to you.
- Swipebird Pro on iPhone is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. A free trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- You can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Questions: [email protected].
Who we are
Swipebird (swipebird.app, the iPhone app, the Chrome extension and the MCP connector) is run by Ertiqah LLC. By creating an account or using Swipebird you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in. You must be at least 16 to use Swipebird. One account is for one person.
What you save
The links, text, images and notes you save stay yours. You give Ertiqah LLC a limited licence to store, process and display them to you and to the AI assistants you connect, only to run Swipebird. Save only what you have the right to keep for your own reference, and do not use Swipebird to republish other people's work as your own.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Swipebird to break the law, store illegal content, or harass anyone.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service, the API or the connector.
- Imports run in your own browser on your own saved pages. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you import from.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you first.
Swipebird Pro subscriptions
- Billing: Swipebird Pro on iPhone is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple. The price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- Free trial: when a plan includes a free trial, you are not charged during the trial. When it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the plan price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. A trial is offered once per Apple ID.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price and for the same length, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the renewal.
- Cancelling: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Swipebird. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds: Apple processes all App Store payments, so refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring: on a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases on the Swipebird Pro screen.
- Price changes: if a price goes up, Apple tells you in advance and asks for your consent where the law requires it.
Availability
We work to keep Swipebird running and your saves safe, but the service is provided as it is. Link previews depend on what other platforms make public, so some saves may only keep the link. We may change or retire features; if we retire something you pay for, we give you notice.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ertiqah LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Ending your account
You can stop using Swipebird at any time and ask us to delete your account and every save by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that in your Apple ID settings too.
Apple
If you use the iPhone app, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for Swipebird or for supporting it.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell signed-in users by email before the change applies.
